We are a military family who was in desperate need of finding a home in this extremely competitive market. We were stationed in Hawaii and received orders to Camp Pendleton and we’re only given an 8 week notice. My last agent strong-armed into closing on my house in the middle of the quarantine, on April 16. My life turned into a living hell for a long 8 weeks. Houses were scarce, prices were increasing, and I faced the prospect of not being able to buy a house at all. Then I had the great fortune of meeting Michael. As soon as I told him I needed to close on a house ASAP he worked to find me a home with lightning speed. We closed in 21 days even though I was working with a credit union. He helped me negotiate the beautiful house you see above and helped me distinguish me from other bidders. He patiently worked with the seller's agent, the loan officer, and the very tricky escrow people in order to expedite the closing of my home. He was there on the day of the house inspection, he verified that all requests made on the house defects were carried through. On the day the very tricky people at escrow finally finished their work, he offered to give me my keys at 8 pm at night. Michael did way more than any agent out there would even think about doing.
